Collaboration
In ancient Greek, synapsis means “coming together” or “connecting two points.” In the same spirit, we work with our clients as partners, shaping solutions together around their needs and goals.
Diversity of Ideas
In genetics, synapsis is the meeting point where diversity is created through exchange. Likewise, we believe strong projects grow through collaboration, different perspectives, and open exploration of possibilities.
Adaptability
In the biology of human brain, synapse reflects a dynamic network that continuously responds to change. In the same way, we adapt our solutions to new technologies, climate challenges, and the evolving needs of breeding programs.

Meet the Founder
As a researcher, my focus has always been to provide pragmatic solutions for breeders, whether I was working with simple Mendelian traits or complex quantitative ones. When I design and implement a project, I draw on public knowledge, strong analytical tools, and the latest sequencing and genotyping technologies.
I started my journey as a plant geneticist during my PhD at the University of Birmingham in the UK. I then continued across both the public and private sectors, gaining the opportunity to blend academic insight with practical breeding experience.
Throughout this journey, I worked closely with breeders and observed their enthusiasm for using molecular tools in selection and for expanding their knowledge in plant genomics. This inspired me to lead training sessions and interactive workshops, and to develop a strong passion for transforming complex scientific concepts into engaging and useful narratives.
