- Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellation requests received 45 or more days before the workshop start date will be refunded, minus a €5 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 44 days of the workshop.
- Participant substitutions are allowed up to 30 days before the start date and must be approved in writing by the workshop administrator.
- Event Changes or Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the workshop is postponed or canceled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), you will receive a full refund of registration fees. The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel, accommodation, or change fees. - Participation Requirements:
You are expected to attend the workshop sessions and participate actively. The organizers reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund. - Intellectual Property:
