By registering for this workshop, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Registration Confirmation<\/strong>: Your participation is confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong>:\n
      \n
    • Cancellation requests received 45 or more days<\/strong> before the workshop start date will be refunded, minus a \u20ac5 administrative fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 44 days<\/strong> of the workshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participant substitutions<\/strong> are allowed up to 30 days<\/strong> before the start date and must be approved in writing by the workshop administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Event Changes or Cancellation<\/strong>:
      In the unlikely event that the workshop is postponed or canceled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), you will receive a full refund of registration fees<\/strong>. The organizers are not responsible<\/strong> for any additional costs incurred, such as travel, accommodation, or change fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participation Requirements<\/strong>:
      You are expected to attend the workshop sessions and participate actively. The organizers reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Intellectual Property<\/strong>:
      All workshop materials are the intellectual property of the organizers or instructors and are provided for personal, educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
